Design Approach
My approach centered around brand consistency, product storytelling, and visitor experience. Black walls with white Kiiroo branding created a sophisticated backdrop that allowed products to stand out.
Brand Adaptation

A key aspect of the booth design strategy involved subtle brand modifications based on product categories. The Kiiroo brand maintains its core identity while adapting through color-coding: blue for male-oriented products and pink for female-oriented products. This visual distinction helps visitors quickly identify relevant products while maintaining brand cohesion across the entire product line. The approach varies slightly depending on the exhibition context, allowing for appropriate emphasis based on the specific audience demographics of each event.
Each booth featured distinct zones: product displays, meeting spaces, and digital screens showcasing product features and brand content.
Design Process
The design process began with analyzing the available space, event requirements, and business objectives. I worked with sales and marketing to determine which products to feature.
From initial concept sketches to detailed 3D renderings, these visualizations provided clear direction to the booth construction team.

Final designs included detailed specifications for all booth elements, ensuring accurate implementation within tight tradeshow setup timeframes.
Key Design Elements
- Modular Display System: Custom-designed product displays that could be reconfigured for different events and product assortments
- Integrated Digital Screens: Strategically placed displays showing product videos, demonstrations, and brand content
- Meeting Areas: High tables with bar stools creating casual meeting spaces for business conversations
- Brand Messaging: Large format graphics and illuminated signage communicating key brand messages
- Product Pedestals: Elevated display areas highlighting featured products and new releases
- Lighting Design: Strategic lighting to create atmosphere and draw attention to key products and areas
Materials & Construction
The booths combined modular exhibition systems with custom-built elements using these primary materials:
- Matte black laminated panels for wall surfaces
- CNC-cut acrylic for illuminated logos and signage
- Engineered wood flooring for a premium feel underfoot
- Powder-coated steel for product display fixtures
- LED lighting systems for ambient and accent lighting
Materials were selected for visual impact, durability, and efficient assembly. Many elements were designed to be reused across multiple events.
Outcome
These booth designs established Kiiroo's presence at industry events and consistently attracted high visitor traffic while facilitating valuable business connections.
Feedback praised the professional presentation and effective use of space. The modular approach provided excellent ROI by allowing elements to be repurposed across multiple events.
